Using ground screws sub-frame joists and PIR insulation must be covered with OSB and damp proof material that will stop pests chewing PIR board. But it is not done! A so called coverup that is being used by our competitors will not stop pests getting trough. Another drawback is damp is rising from the ground - meaning closing the foundation with coverup will damage the joists with damp and dramatically will shorten the life span of the building.
